Shipping policy

All in-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days. As soon as your order has shipped, you will be notified via email with the tracking information (if applicable). 

If you have not received your items within 14 business days after ordering, please email us at simplystouttoys@gmail.com. If for any reason, we are unable to deliver your items within the stated time frame, we will notify you accordingly. 

Shipping rates vary based on delivery location. All costs associated with international shipments (import/export, and all other levies and taxes for customs clearance) are the responsibility of the customer.
